摘　　要：近年来,随着我国中央银行的职能调整和机构改革,人民银行县(市)支库经理国库窘境渐显,风险凸现,已成为支行管理中值得高度关注的问题之一。为此,笔者从县(市)支库机制建设的角度切入,尝试以实行国库综合柜员制为主要突破口,就吉林省县(市)支库进一步发展谈谈自己的看法与建议。In recent years,along with adjustment of function and reform of institutional,difficulties of Central Bank’s county（city） branch library have escalated,management of the country treasury has been highly concerned.For this purpose,from the point of the county（city） branch treasury system,the author talks about some suggestions and views about the comprehensive counter system so as to promote the further development of Jilin province’s county（city） treasury.
