摘  要:目的构建Lewis肺癌C57BL/6小鼠皮下移植瘤模型,探讨转粒细胞/巨噬细胞-集落刺激因子基因瘤苗抑制Lewis肺癌的作用。方法 50只荷瘤小鼠随机分为5组,A组为生理盐水组,B组为顺铂组,C组为恩度组,D组为恩度与顺铂联用组,E组为瘤苗组,每组10只。观察各组小鼠的生存质量情况,描绘肿瘤生长曲线,称小鼠体质量及肿瘤质量,计算抑瘤率。结果治疗后第23天B,C,D,E组肿瘤体积、肿瘤质量均小于A组(P<0.05),D,E组小于B,C组(P<0.05),D组与E组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B,D,E组抑瘤率分别为32.19%,55.08%,54.30%,均高于C组(21.96%)(P<0.05);A,C,E组小鼠体质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A,C,E组大于B,D组(P<0.05),B组小于D组(P<0.05)。结论转粒细胞/巨噬细胞-集落刺激因子基因瘤苗对Lewis肺癌的抑瘤作用优于单用顺铂治疗,且不减轻小鼠体质量。Objective To construct the model of subcutaneously implanted Lewis lung cancer(LLC) on C57BL/6 mice and to explore the effect of GM-CFS tumor vaccine on the inhibition of Lewis lung cancer.Methods Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups,group A(saline),group B(cisplatin),group C(YH-16),group D(DDP+YH-16),and group E(tumor vaccine).The life quality of the mice was observed,tumor growth curve was delineated,the body mass of mice and the mass of tumors were measured,and the tumor's suppress rate was calculated.Results By day 23 after treatment,tumor volume and mass were smaller in groups B,C,D and E than those in group A(P〈0.05).The tumor volume and mass were smaller in groups D and E than those in groups B and C(P〈0.05),and there was no significant difference between groups D and E(P〈0.05).The tumor inhibitory rate was 32.19%,55.08% and 54.30% in groups B,D and E,higher than that in group C(21.96%)(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in mice body mass among groups A,C and E(P〈0.05).The mice body mass was larger in groups A,C and E than that in groups B and D(P〈0.05),was smaller in group B than that in group D(P〈0.05).Conclusion The inhibiting function of GM-CFS tumor vaccine is better than DDP,not inducing mice body mass loss,but GM-CFS tumor vaccine does not.
