结直肠癌表皮生长因子受体及survivin表达与生存期的相关性

摘　　要：目的研究结直肠癌表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)及survivin与生存期的关系,探讨其单独或联合作为预后指标的可行性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测113例结直肠癌患者EGFR及survivin的表达情况,并随访其生存时间。结果失访33例(29.2%),随访10a者80例(70.8%),其中死亡50例(44.2%);EGFR与survivin阳性表达率分别为71.7%与60.2%;EGFR与survivin单独或联合高表达均为结直肠癌生存期的危险因素(P<0.01);survivin与VEGF在大肠癌中的表达呈正相关性(r=0.742,P<0.01)。结论 EGFR与survivin单独或联合高表达均降低结直肠癌患者的生存时间,是结直肠癌预后不良的指标。Objective To investigate the relationship of the survival time with the high expression of epidermal growth factor receptor（EGFR） and survivin in colorectal carcinoma patients to study the feasibility of being prognosis indicator by one or two of them.Methods A total of 113 cases were detected the expressions of EGFR and survivin with immunohistochemistry（IHC）,and followed up the survival time.Results Thirty-three patients（29.2%） lost follow-up.Eighty patients（70.8%） were followed up for 10 years,in which 50 patients died（44.2%）.The positive rates of EGFR and survivin were 71.7% and 60.2%.The high expression of either EGFR or survivin was risk factor in the survival period of colorectal carcinoma（P〈0.01）.Survivin was positively correlated with EGFR expression in colorectal cancer（r=0.742,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The high expression of EGFR and/or survivin suggests a short survival time and a bad prognosis.
