老年脑卒中患者早期综合康复训练的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察早期综合康复训练对老年脑卒中患者的疗效。方法 60例急性老年脑卒中患者随机均分为康复组和对照组。予神经内科常规治疗,康复组在此基础上进行早期综合康复训练。治疗前和治疗1个月后,分别采用卒中量表(NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)及Barthel指数(BI)评定患者的神经功能、肢体运动功能和日常生活能力。结果治疗1个月后,康复组患者的NIHSS、FMA及BI评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论早期综合康复训练能促进老年脑卒中患者神经功能的恢复,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the outcomes of early multidisiplinary rehabilitation therapy in the elderly with stroke. Methods Sixty elder patients with acute stroke were equally randomized into two groups of C （conventional treatment） and R （given additional rehabilitation therapy）. The neural and motor functions and the ability of daily living（ADL） were evaluated with neural function defect assessment （ NIHSS）, Fugl-Meyer Assessment （FMA） and Barthel Index （BI） before and one month after treatment. Results The scores of NIHSS, FMA and BI of patients one month after treatment were significantly higher in group R than those in group C （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Early multidisciplinary rehabilitation therapy can promote the recovery of neural function and improve the quality of life in elder patients with acute stroke.
