摘 要:癌症作为严重威胁人类健康的主要杀手之一,对它的治疗越来越受到人们的关注。目前,治疗癌症的手段越来越多,但仍没有一种完全令人满意的疗法出现。声光联合介导药物抗癌疗法(S-PDT)是一种新型综合肿瘤治疗方法,该疗法可以显著提高对肿瘤的杀伤效应,在肿瘤的防治中已展现出良好的应用前景。本文对该疗法杀伤肿瘤细胞的相关机制和影响因素进行了综述。Cancer, as a serious threat to human health, is one of the major killers. The treatment of cancer has at- tracted more and more attention. Currently, the means of treating cancer is also increasing, but there is no emer- gence of a fully satisfactory treatment. A combination of sonodynamie therapy (SDT) and photodynamic therapy (PDT), named sono-photodynamic therapy (S-PDT), is a new composite cancer therapy. Because the therapy can significantly improve the tumor curing effect, it has good application prospects in cancer prevention and treatment. The present article reviewed the progress of the anti-tumor mechanisms and influencing factors of S-PDT.
