摘 要:目的 观察应激刺激对大鼠血浆唾液酸含量的影响及与免疫功能的关系。方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定应激及麻醉状态下大鼠血浆唾液酸含量的改变 ,同时应用免疫组织化学法检测外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群的阳性率。结果 束缚 +浸水应激组大鼠血浆唾液酸含量较清醒大鼠明显升高 (t=3.2 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,麻醉大鼠血浆唾液酸水平较清醒大鼠降低 (t=3.17,P <0 .0 1) ;应激刺激可降低大鼠血液 CD3、CD4细胞的百分率 (t=4.5 6~ 5 .81,P <0 .0 1)而 CD8百分率提高 (t=2 .78,P <0 .0 5 )。结论应激刺激可提高大鼠血浆唾液酸水平 ,并抑制机体免疫功能。Objective To study the effect of stress on plasma sialic acid (SA) level and on the immunofunction. Methods The contents of SA was measured by means of ultroviolet spectrophotometry. In the meantime, the T cell and T cell subpopulations in the peripheral blood was studied by the methods of immunohistochemistry. Result (1) The plasma SA level was significantly increased in stress rats. (t=3.25, P<0.01). But the plasma SA level was decreased in anesthesia rats. (t=3.17, P<0.01); (2) CD 3 cell, CD 4 cell were decreased, but CD 8 cell was increased in stress rats. (t=4 56, 5 81, 2 78, P<0.05~0.01). Conclusion Stress stimulation may enhanced the plasma SA level and inhibited the immunofunction.
