摘　　要：目的　评价浆细胞性乳腺炎X线钼靶检查的价值与诊断的准确性。方法　观察20例经手术病理证实的浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床特征及X线钼靶照片表现,并与乳腺癌病例进行对照分析,重点研究两种病变在临床及X线表现上的差异。结果　浆细胞性乳腺炎在X线钼靶片上表现为:腺体密度不均匀性增高其中夹杂有条索状致密影,乳头周围皮肤增厚。结论　浆细胞性乳腺炎X线检查仍是简便及基本的方法,结合临床特征及触诊检查,可提高诊断的准确性。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value in determined plasma cell mastitis with molybdenum palladium roentgenograph. Methods The clinical features and molybdenum palladium roentgenographs of twenty cases with plasma cell mastitis that were determined by pathology were reviewed,compared with breast cancer.It is important to study analyze the difference between plasma cell mastitis and breast cancer on radiographs. Results The plasma cell mastitis on molybdenum palladium roentgenograph showed an undefined mass shadow with unclear rim,heterogeneity increase in density of glands with string compact shadow and skin thicken around nipple. Conclusion Radiographs with molybdenum target tube of plasma cell mastitis is a simply and basic radialogic method.The diagnosis accuracy could be improved combined with clinical features and palpation examination.
