苏州地区眼球摘除术相关因素的变化趋势分析研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨苏州地区近年来眼球摘除相关因素的变化趋势,为防治相关危险因素提供一定的依据。方法:对在2008～2011年我科住院90例眼球摘除患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:1、需要眼球摘除的患者在总住院患者中的比例逐年下降,义眼座植入比例逐年上升。2、需要眼球摘除的患者职业构成均以农民为主,但其患病率逐年下降。3、绝对期青光眼患者是苏州地区眼球摘除的主要病因。结论:苏州地区眼球摘除手术率逐年下降、义眼座植入率逐年上升、绝对期青光眼是主要病因。Objective： To investigate the alteration of the relative factors of opthalmectomy in recently years in Suzhou area,and offer some evidences for preventing these dangerous factors,which would cause enucleation of the eye.Methods： The clinical data of 90 patients,who accepted opthalmectomy between 2008 and 2011,were analyzed.Results： The opthalmectomy ratio was decreasing,and the ocular prosthesis implantation ratio was increasing year by year in Suzhou area.The peasant was the main factor in the vocational structure but the morbidity of peasant was decreasing gradually.Glaucoma was the main cause of opthalmectomy in Suzhou area.Conclusions： Glaucoma was the main cause of opthalmectomy and the opthalmectomy ratio in Suzhou area was decreasing.
