摘　　要：随着医学院校办学规模的不断扩大，师资队伍中青年教师占有较大比例，他们的培养质量直接关系到学校的发展，影响到医学生的培养质量。因此，重视和加强青年教师的培养，无疑成为医学院校面临的重要课题。应该从教育理念、政策和制度等多方面加强医学院校教师队伍建设，采取多种形式、多种渠道培养青年教师，以尽快提高青年教师的智能结构和综合能力。In recent years, with the constant expansion of medical university, young teachers occupy a large proportion. Their training quality is directly related to the development of the school and ＇affects the quality of the medical students. Therefore, strengthening and paying more attention to the training of young teachers undoubtedly become real issues of colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should enforce the construction of teachers＇ team from the aspects of educational philosophy, policy, system, etc. And improve the intelligence structure and comprehensive ability through many forms and multi-channel training of young teachers as soon as possible.
