摘　　要：医事法学是一门医学与法学交叉的新兴学科。作为全国第二所、西部第一所开办法学专业（医事法律方向）的高等医学院校，经过10余年的探索与实践，泸州医学院按照培养医法交叉融合的应用性复合型人才培养目标的要求，制订了富有特色的人才培养方案，构建了一支校内外相结合的双师型教学队伍，编写了专业特色教材，建立了研究中心、学术期刊等学科平台以及多种实践教学平台，开辟了一条医事法学教学、科研和社会服务三结合的人才培养之路。Medical jurisprudence is a new intersection discipline of medicine and jurisprudence. As the second college which has established jurisprudence discipline （medical jurisprudence ） in China, also the first in the west, after more than 10 years of exploration and practice, on the basis of the aim of training overlapping practical compound talents requirements, Luzhou Medical College has developed char- acteristic plan of talent training, has made a dual-teaching staff team which consists of teachers in and out of our college, has compiled professional characteristic textbooks, has established discipline platforms and practice teaching platforms such as research center and academic journal, has formed a talent cultivation way of integrating medical jurisprudence teaching, scientific research and social service.
