摘 要:探讨在外科学教学中采用研讨式(seminar)教学方法结合病例教学方法的教学效果。选择东南大学2007级本科临床医学专业200名学生为研究对象,随机将100名学生设为对照班,采用传统教学方法,将100名学生设为实验班,实验班100名学生又随机分为病例教学组25名、Seminar教学组25名、综合教学组(采用Seminar教学方法结合病例教学方法进行教学)50名。应用外科学标准化试题对学生进行测试,并对学生、教师进行问卷调查,以了解他们对外科学教学方法的评价。结果表明,实验班中病例教学组、Seminar教学组及综合教学组的教学效果均优于对照班,尤以综合教学组的教学效果为佳。与传统教学方法相比较,Seminar结合病例教学方法调动了学生学习的积极性,培养了学生的创新思维,提高了学生的科研素质。In this article, the effect of seminar and case teaching method in surgery was studied. 200 stdueats graded 2007 in clinical medicine program at Southeast University were randomized into traditional teaching class, case teaching class, seminar teaching class and seminar and case teaching class. Examination and questionnaire were done in students and teachers. In surgery teaching, the application of seminar and case teaching method could not only arouse the study enthusiasm of the students, but also cultivate and develop innovative thinking. It was beneficial to cultivation of clinical practice abilities and improved quality of scientific research.
