摘 要:目的将同伴教育应用于儿科护理安全中以提高护理质量,更安全、更完美地服务于患者;为临床提供安全事例带教手册;更全面、更深入地了解护士工作状况。方法以无记名、第三人称形式收集解放军第二五二医院儿科临床真实护理安全事例,突出“护理安全”,从护理服务、安全用药、护理操作、规章制度、实习带教五个方面进行归纳、总结、分析和评价,并以质量分析会的形式,分专题及事例进行6次集中讨论、分析和剖析。结果服务质量明显提高,无护理差错、纠纷发生,在护理部组织的护理服务满意度问卷调查中连续数月满意率均为98%以上,甚至达到100%。结论同伴教育在儿科护理安全中起到了重要的作用,对护士敲响了安全的警钟,护理安全质量问题明显减少。Objective The peer-education was used in the nursing safety of pediatric to enhance nursing quality, to serve the patients safer and more perfect, to provide safe case of teaching manual for clinical, to understand the working conditions of nurses more comprehensive and more in-depth. Methods These real clinical cases of pediatric were collected from the 252 Hospital of Chinese People' s Liberation Army (PLA) by anonymous and third-person form, which were called for highlighting the "safety of care". These cases were summed up, analyzed and evaluated from the five aspects which included service, drug, operation, system and education. And then, these cases were discussed and analyzed for six times by the form of quality analysis, which were separated into special topics and cases. Results The quality of service was improved obviously. There was no nursing error and dispute happened. The satisfaction rate was above 98% for months in the questionnaire survey which was organized by the nursing department, even some amounts to 100%. Conclusions The peer-education played an important role in the nursing safety of pediatric, which was taking a safe toll on the nurse and effectively reduced the problems of nursing safety and quality.
