摘 要:经105dB白噪声重复暴露(每天1h,共51d)后,大鼠海马CA1区突触效应的习得性长时程增强虽能随行为训练而产生,但发展速度降低,相应地动物条件反应的建立需更多的训练。又在105dB白噪声暴露下进行条件反应的建立,虽经7个实验日140次训练,却无此长时程突触增强效应产生,相应地条件反应不能建立。提示阻抑海马的习得性长时程突触增强可能是噪声妨碍学习的机制之一。The purpose of the study is to observe the effects of exposure to noise on the learningdependent long-term synaptic potentiation (LTP) in the hippocampal CA_1 area and related conditioned behavioral response in rats. The monosynaptic population spike (PS) and a field excitatory postsynaptic potential (EPSPs) elicited by stimulating the perforating path were re- corded. After repeated timing-exposures to 105dB (A)noise (1 hour/day for 51 days), the rats needed longer time to develop a learning-dependent LTP and more behavioral training to establish a conditioned response than the control. In the rats exposed to 105dB (A) noise, the learning-dependent LTP was inhibited, and correspondingly the animal could not establish conditioned response. The results suggest that the learning-dependent LTP might be one of the neuronal substrate underlying learning and memory and that in the mechanism of the effect of exposure to noise on learning and memory, one contributing factor is inhibition of the learning-dependent LTP in hippocamous.
