摘　　要：为实现远洋船舶在线监控,提出一种增量传输方法.该方法通过对传输前数据进行处理,只取变化的数据即增量数据进行传输.该增量传输方法可有效降低数据传输量,减少通信费用,为实时在线监控提供可靠保证.In order to achieve online monitoring for ocean-going vessels, an incremental transmission algorithm was presented. Data pretreatment techniques were used, and only the incre- mental transmission data being the changed data be transferred. The proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the amount of da- ta transmission and communication cost, which can provide a re- liable guarantee for real - time online monitoring of the vessel.
