摘　　要：目的:研究瞬时受体电位(Trp-p8)蛋白及mRNA在PSA灰区前列腺组织中的表达规律,探讨其在前列腺癌早期诊断中的作用。方法:通过免疫组织化学的方法研究了前列腺增生症和前列腺癌标本各20例,采用图文数据成像分析系统判定各组织中Trp-p8蛋白及mRNA的表达强度,分析其差异性。建立RT-PCR定量检测PSA灰区值时前列腺组织中Trp-p8 mRNA的方法,并检测40例前列腺疾病患者血液中Trp-p8 mRNA的表达情况。结果:前列腺增生症中Trp-p8蛋白及mRNA的表达强度较弱,而在前列腺癌组织中Trp-p8蛋白及mRNA均呈不同程度的高强度表达,差异具有统计学意义。结论:Trp-p8在PSA灰区前列腺组织中的表达存在差异,在癌组织中的表达强度高于前列腺增生症组织,这种差异性表达对于早期前列腺癌诊断具有鉴别意义。Objective To study the expression of Trp-p8 in prostate tissues of PSA in grey district and ex-plore the role of early diagnosis on prostate cancer （PC）. Methods Immunohistochemical assay was applied in the prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） groups, 20 specimens in eachgroup. The difference of expression level was judged and analyzed. RT-PCR was applied on 40 blood specimens of PSA in grey district, including 20 PC and 20 BPH. Results The expression of Trp-p8 was weak or nega- tive in the benign prostatic hyperplasia group, while appeared to be far more abundant in prostate cancer group, the difference was of statistical significance. Conclusions The expression of Trp-p8 in prostate tissues of PSA in grey district is different and higher expression appear in prostate cancer than benign prostatic hyperpla- sia tissues. Trp-p8 may play an important role in early diagnosis of prostate cancer.
