摘　　要：目的探讨Livin和Survivin在大肠癌组织中的表达与临床病理因素间的关系以及两者间的相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P方法检测Livin和Survivin在65例大肠癌组织中的表达情况。结果 Livin和Survivin蛋白在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别是72.3%(47/65)、73.8%(48/65),均明显高于大肠正常黏膜组织24%(6/25)、12%(3/25)(P<0.05)。Livin和Survivin蛋白表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床Duke's分期有关,与患者年龄、性别及肿瘤分化程度无关。Livin和Survivin蛋白在大肠癌组织的表达呈正相关。两者协同表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况以及临床Duke's分期呈正相关。结论 Livin和Survivin在大肠癌的发生发展中均具有重要作用,同时两者具有协同作用,提示联合检测较单一检测更有意义。Objective To investigate the expression and relationship ot IAvln anct Survlvm m colorectal carcinoma （CRC）. Methods Results Conclusion Methods Immunohistochemical staining （S-P method） for Livin and Survivin protein was performed in 65 cases of CRC. Results The positive rates of Livin and Survivin in CRC（72.3%, 73.8%） were higher than those in normal mucosa （24%, 12%,P〈0.05）. The expression of Livin and Survivin proteins was correlated with depth of tumor invasion, lymphnode metastasis, and Dukes stage. The expression of livin protein was positively correlated with that of Survivin pro rein. The coexpression o{ both Livin and Survivin proteins was positively correlated with the depth of tumor invasion, lymphnode metastasis, and Dukes stage. Conclusion Livin and Survivin proteins play important synergic roles in the carcinogenesis of CRC.
