国家利益视角下的“韬光养晦”争议?

摘　　要：坚持追求国家的整体和长远利益,是邓小平"韬光养晦"战略的核心,而在追求国家利益时坚持物质和精神利益的平衡,坚持实事求是、量力而行是"韬光养晦"战略的精髓。从这个视角出发,在三种关于"韬光养晦"战略内涵的解读中,"谦虚、低调的外交风格"的解读显然要比"战略欺骗"以及"苟且偷安"、"鸵鸟政策"的解读更符合国家利益。而从这个视角也很容易可以看出,我国当前仍然需要坚持"韬光养晦",但需要提高"有所作为"在我国外交整体中的地位。Sticking to the overall and long-term pursuit of national interests,and adhering to the balance of material and spiritual interests are the core of Deng Xiaoping's strategy of keeping a low profile in pursuit of national interests,and seeking truth from facts,the essence of what is to keep a low profile strategy.From this perspective,keeping a low profile strategy,the modest,low-key diplomatic style of interpretation is clearly better than 'strategic deception','perfunctory' and 'ostrich policy' interpretation and more in line with national interests.And from this perspective,it is also very easy to see that our country not only needs to adhere to the 'Low',but also needs to improve 'something' in China's overall diplomacy.
