新型改良导弓矫治乳前牙反的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:评价新型改良导弓矫治乳前牙反的临床疗效,研究其对恒牙胚及颌骨位置变化的影响。方法:20例乳前牙反患儿采用新型改良导弓进行矫治,对治疗前后X线头影测量值的变化进行分析。结果:应用新型改良导弓,20例患儿均矫治至正常咬合关系,疗程0.5～2.0个月。SNA、UI/NA、UI-NA、SNG、G-SN、G-SV、ANB、NA/PA、Wits的增加值,SNB、LI/MP、LI/NB的减小值均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余测量值变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:新型改良导弓矫治乳前牙反使上颌骨、乳上切牙明显向前移动,恒牙胚随之唇向移动。新型改良导弓同时具备机械及功能矫治的双重作用,可同时改善上下颌骨的位置关系,对预防恒牙期再度出现反有临床意义。Objective：To study the effection on curing primary anterior teeth crossbite on the development of permanent dental germ and jaw bone by using new improved interocclusal lip arch appliances. Method： Twenty children with primary anterior teeth were selected for treatment by using new improved interocclusal lip arch appliance.Lateral cephalograms were taken and analyzed during pretreatment and posttreatment of the patients. Result： SNA,UI/NA,UI- NA,SNG,G -SN,G -SV,ANB,NA / PA and Wits were significantly increased, SNB,LI / MP,LI / NB were significantly decreased （P 〈0.05）, others were not significantly changed （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： The curing primary anterior teeth crossbite not only make the maxilla and primary maxillary incisor teeth forward movement, but also the permanent upper incisor germ moving labially. The new improved interocclusal lip arch appliance has both the mechanical and myofunctional effects and befits in those overbite cases. It has the clinical significance on the prevention of the crossbite in the permanent teeth appearance again.
