摘　　要：目的研究乳腺肿瘤组织中环氧化酶-2(cyelooxygenase-2,COX-2)、上皮钙黏素(E-cadherin,E-cad)及β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)的表达,探讨其相关性及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化对96例乳腺肿瘤的COX-2、β-catenin及E-cadherin进行检测。结果 COX-2、E-cadherin及β-catenin在乳腺导管内乳头状肿瘤组及不同乳腺肿瘤组中表达的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在乳腺肿瘤中E-cadherin和β-catenin之间表达的变化趋势一致,COX-2表达与E-cadherin及β-catenin表达的变化趋势相反,COX-2表达增高时E-cadherin及β-catenin的表达均下降,COX-2与E-cadherin/catenin构成的复合体二者之间表达趋势差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2的高表达与E-cadherin及β-catenin的低表达在乳腺肿瘤的发生发展过程中起重要的作用,检测其表达异常对判断临床进展、推测预后以及制定针对性的治疗方案有一定的参考价值。Objective To investigate the expressions of COX-2,E-cadherin andβ-catenin in breast neoplasms and their clinicopathologic characteristics of breast neoplams.Methods The expression of COX-2,E-cadherin and β-catenin was detected by using streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemistry in 96 cases with breast neoplasms Results The expression of COX-2,E-cadherin and β-catenin in Intraductal papillary neoplasms of the breast and different breast neoplasms was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The expressions of E-cadherin and β-catenin in ductal breast cancer showed negative relative relationship with that of COX-2.Conclusion The high expressions of COX-2 as well as the low expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin play an important role in the occuring and development of breast neoplasms.The testing of their abnormal expressions is some valuable for judging clinical progress,presuming prognosis and making out special treatment protocol.
