安徽省高等学校教职工体育社团现状与分析

摘　　要：对安徽省高校教职工体育社团的发展现状进行调查,调查结果表明安徽省高校教职工体育社团活动项目主要集中在篮球、足球、羽毛球、乒乓球等9个运动项目;教职工体育社团存在管理不规范、组织管理机制不健全、资金不足等问题。建议通过建立健全教职工体育社团规章制度、多渠道吸纳活动经费等措施,促进高校教职工体育社团活动制度化,管理规范化,提高教职工参与率。The paper investigates the status quo of faculty sports associations in colleges and universities in Anhui province. The results show that the staff sports club activities are mainly concentrated in basketball, football, badminton, table tennis and other nine sports; Faculty sports association management, organization management mechanism is not perfect, and suffers fund inadequacy. Establishment of sound staff sports association rules, more channels to attract funds and other measures are recommended to pro-mote the institutionalization of the teaching staff in universities sports club activities, standardized management, improvement of staff participation rate.
