摘  要:油井的综合测试施工作业安全在石油产业中占据举足轻重的地位,而钢丝绳在其中起到非常重要的作用。石油测井车井上监测系统的设计与实现是一种能在线实时测量钢丝绳的拉力并进行状态分析的测量装置,它是在测井过程中测量测井仪器在油井中运动的速度、深度以及对下井电缆的张力进行监测和控制的一种系统。该系统的完成,不仅可以实现对石油开采等各种设备工况的实时监测,还可为现场作业提供准确的分析数据;它创新地将LabVIEW虚拟软件系统、面向对象技术和数据采集系统等先进技术应用到该系统中去,对整个系统的程序块进行设计、优化及完善,打破了国内传统单一编程的缺陷。该系统具有极强的可扩展性,可被广泛应用于其他任何相关测试系统中去。The operation safety of comprehensive well logging played a decisive role in oil industry,in which wireline was of the upmost important.The design and implementation of the monitoring system in the logging truck was a detecting device for real-time and online detecting the tension of wireline and status analysis.It was a system used to monitor and control the speed,depth of the measuring instruments and the tension of wireline during its movement in the well.The completion of the testing system can not only complete the real-time monitoring to different kinds of instruments in petroleum exploitation,but also provide correct analysis data for field operation.It creatively applies LabVIEW,OOD and data acquisition technology into the system,and the shortcomings in design,optimization and perfection of the programming blocks are overcome,the system is highly expandable and it can be used in all testing systems.
