摘　　要：确定了企业销售过程模拟随机变量的选取方案 ,对企业销售过程中的销售和应收帐款环节建立了蒙特卡罗风险模拟模型 ,并应用所建立的模型对某企业的销售和应收帐款管理进行了模拟试验 .This paper proposes the scheme of random variable simulation for selling process of enterprise and the model simulating the link of selling and the account receivable of selling process by using Monte Carlo method. At last, the model is used to simulate the management of selling and account receivable of the selected enterprise.
