摘　　要：首次系统地综合运用了国内外多种测试方法对科技与管理人才的需求进行了测试 ,并结合现代管理科学理论 ,用因子分析法对科技与管理人才的需求特点进行了定量分析 ,在此基础上建立了科技与管理人才的动态需求模型 ,并运用该模型对实际问题进行了分析 .In this paper, it is the first time to use several sorts of testing methods internal and external China to test the demands of science-technology and management talent. Combined with the modern theories of management science, we adopt factor analysis method to analyze the characteristics of demands of the science-technology and management talent. Finally, we build a dynamic demand model of science-technology and management talent, and put it into practice.
