摘  要:目的比较常态下经与非经旁开对照点相关组织的导热性差异。方法用ThermoTracer 6T67型红外热像仪系统,对40名健康成年志愿者进行观察。结果在经脉线上的穴位加热,皮温可沿经双向扩展;而在非经旁开对照部位加热,皮温变化仅限于局部,没有明显的扩散,更没有确定的方向。结论经脉线上相关穴位的导热性较非经对照部位好,有明确的方向性。Objective To compare the thermal conductivity of the related tissues along meridian line and non-meridian bilateral control points under normal condition. Methods A total of 40 healthy vol- unteers were recruited in the present study. The infrared radiant track was recorded by an apparatus manufac- tured by NEC san-ei instruments Ltd (Thermo Tracer 6T67). Results Skin temperature displayed a two- way expansion along the meridian by heating the points of meridians. Neither significant diffusion nor defined direction were observed during heating the non-meridian control points. Conclusion The thermal conduc- tivity of related points of meridian line is better than that of non-meridian control points, and skin temperature change of the former has defined direction.
