系统论视角下我国高校突发事件产生的原因及应对策略

摘　　要：高校是一个复杂的系统,具有整体性、关联性、结构功能性和动态性的特征。探究高校突发事件爆发的原因,既要关注高校系统内部要素的矛盾,同时又不能忽视高校系统外部环境的干扰。系统的思维是解决高校突发事件的前提和关键,在应对策略上既要增强高校系统内部环境的稳定性,又要把握与外部环境的协调性,综合动态地进行研究,全面整体地进行规划,这样才能使治理效果达到最优。Higher education institutions mean a complex system with integrity,relevance,structural function and dynamic features.In order to explore the reasons for the outbreak of emergency in college and university,contradiction of its internal elements should be paid attention to and the interference of its external environment should not be ignored as well.Systemic thought is the key element to handle college and university’s emergency.Therefore,the stability of colleges’ internal environment should be enhanced.Meanwhile,the coordination of the external environment should also be grasped in the aspect of coping strategies.Furthermore,the study should be conducted and laid out comprehensively and dynamically.Only in this way,the effect of administration can be optimized.
