摘　　要：通过阐述阳光体育运动的内涵与其在校园体育文化建设中的作用,从心理学与生理学两个方面分析了开展阳光体育运动的深层原因,最后认为开展阳光体育运动可以达到其设想目标。By describing the connotation of sunlight sports and the role in the campus sports cultural construction, the article analyzes the underlying reasons of developing sunlight sports movement from the points of psychology and physiology, the author believes that 'sunlight sports' can achieve its expected target.
