摘　　要：对我国图书馆本质研究中的方法论问题进行了较全面的考察,发现图书馆本质研究中主要存在研究前提不明晰,研究视角与方法单一等问题。认为只有在明确图书馆本质的内涵的基础上,采用多元综合的研究视角和整体性的研究方法,并对图书馆的内外因素和联系进行全面分析,才是图书馆本质探讨的正确路径。Investigation on the methodology of library essence research in China shows that there are many shortages in library essence research such as unclear premise, single perspective and method etc. Finally, the author puts forward a few countermeasures of promoting the research into library es- sence, including defining the meaning and attributes of library essence, using integrated perspective and method, and entirely analyzing the factors and relations inside and outside the library.
