摘　　要：专业阅读为高校图书馆员提高专业能力,促进专业发展的最主要途径。通过问卷调查馆员专业阅读的种类、数量、来源、时段、习惯、目的、态度等方面内容,认为时间不足以及缺乏兴趣是影响馆员专业阅读的最主要原因。从馆员自身、机构以及专业文献几个视角提出加强馆员专业阅读的具体建议。Professional reading is the main channel of academic librarians＇ professional improvement. Based on the questionnaire which covers various aspects of llibrarians＇reading, such as read- ing kinds, material sources, reading motives and reading attitudes, the paper points out that lack of time and interest are the main factors hampering professional reading. Some suggestions are provided for academic librarians, academic libraries and professional literature editors.
