高校图书馆为中小企业提供协同创新的现状分析

摘　　要：中小企业是国家创新发展的重要组成部分,但由于资金、人员、信息、技术等方面的限制,需要其他机构与其共同完成科技创新工作,高校图书馆在为中小企业提供协同创新中有较强的优势。本文从信息资源结构、业务资质、用户群体和服务网络几方面进行了分析,并对未来的发展提出一些建议。Small and medium-sized enterprises is the important part of the innovation development of China. Because of the lack of funds, researcher, technological information, they need the innovation with other institution. The university library has obvious advantages in the collaboration innovation. This article analyzes the advantages from the architecture of information resource, qualification and client group. The article also gives some advice to the development in future .
