摘 要:当前,我国食品安全事件频频发生,每一起事件都触目惊心,食品安全问题成了人民、企业、政府关注的焦点问题。影响食品安全问题的因素是多方面的,人的质量意识淡薄是最根本原因。因此,要解决我国食品安全问题,在寻求和实施其他有效措施的同时,提升人的质量意识是关键。质量意识提高的一个重要途径是推行质量意识教育。质量意识教育要深入到食品流通链条上各个环节的人员,才能使食品质量控制在每一个产生的源头。At present, food safety incidents in our country occur frequently. Each incident is shocking. Food safety has become a focus issue which arouses the attention from people, businesses and government. Factors affecting food safety is- sues are varied, among which the poor quality meaning is the most fundamental reason. Therefore, to solve the issues of food safety, the key is to enhance people's quality meaning while seeking and implementing other effective measures. Implementing the quality meaning education is an important way to improve the quality meaning. Quality meaning education should reach everyone in food distribution chain in order to make a food quality control in each source.
