企业研发投入与生产效率——全球研发顶尖企业与中国企业的比较

摘　　要：以全球研发顶尖企业和中国大中型企业为对比样本组,运用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数建立计量模型,分行业检测全球研发顶尖企业和中国大中型企业的R&D投资与销售业绩的贡献。同时比较其他资本投资、人力投资的贡献;结果表明,全球研发顶尖企业的R&D投资对销售收入呈显著正相关,对销售业绩的贡献明显大于其他资本投入和人力投入;中国企业的R&D投资对销售业绩的贡献明显小于劳动力投入;R&D对销售业绩的贡献在行业间存在显著差异,高科技行业显著高于低科技行业。This research takes global top R＆D enterprises and Chinese large and medium - sized enterprises as contrast samples, builds a metrology model with Cobb - Douglas Production Function, and finds the contribution of R＆D investment of global top R＆D enterprises and Chinese large and medium - sized enterprises to sales performance. At the same time this research compares the contribution of other capital investment and human resource investment. It turns out that R＆D invest- ment of global top R＆D enterprises has a positive correlation with sales performance; the contribution it made to sales per- formance is much higher than other capital investment and human resource investment; the contribution of R＆D investment of Chinese large and medium - sized enterprises to sales performance is lower than human resource investment; the contri- bution of R＆D investment to sales performance has a significant difference in different industries, which is significantly higher in high -tech industry and lower in low- tech industry.
