默顿规范在大科学时代的必要性及其扩展问题

摘　　要：当前,学术界无视和违反科学规范的现象相当严重,学术不端行为正日渐侵蚀学术肌体,学术界潜存着信任危机,科学规范维护已到了最危急的时刻,亟需从理论上重构科学规范,为抵制学术不端行为提供理论依据。在有关科学规范的研究中,影响力最大且最具权威性的莫过于默顿规范。默顿规范一直以来都是国内外学术界的争论焦点,其是否早已过时,已无存在的必要性?这里拟结合大科学时代"科学"的新变化,就默顿规范在大科学时代的必要性及其扩展问题展开讨论,阐明在大科学时代,默顿规范所阐扬的基本精神不应该更改,更不应该放弃,但必须结合时代新特点对默顿规范进行扩展。At present, the problem of ignoring and violating scientific norms is serious. Because the scientific miscon- ducts are gradually eroding the organism of science and trust crisis exists in the academic circle, it~ critical to safeguard the scientific norms. It＇s important to reconstruct theoretically scientific norms so as to provide the theoretical basis for re- sisting the scientific misconducts. Among all the studies concerned, Merton~ norms are the most influential and authorita- tive one, which is always a hot topic in the academic circle home and abroad. According to the query that whether Merton norms are out - of - date and dispensable, the paper analyzes the new changes in the era of big science firstly, and then discusses the necessity and extension of Merton＇s norms. It expounds that the essence of Merton＇s norms can1 be aban- doned, and we must extend Merton; norms in the new era
