摘  要:目的建立地榆鞣质的闪式提取工艺,为地榆制剂的研究奠定基础。方法采用闪式提取法,以溶媒用量、丙酮浓度、提取时间3个因素为主要影响因素,以总鞣质转移率Y1、没食子酸转移率Y2、总评归一值(OD)为评价指标进行Box-Behnken试验设计,考察最佳工艺。结果最佳工艺为:溶媒用量12倍、丙酮浓度60%、提取时间3 min,验证最佳工艺,实测Y1、Y2的平均值为90.58%、93.70%,RSD分别为2.23%、1.51%,与模型预测值非常接近,说明该模型比较可靠。结论所建方法科学、合理、可行。OBJECTIVE To establish a method of homogenated extraction for diyu tannin,and provide supports for the further study.METHODS Using the box-behnken design to screen the optimal homogenated extraction with the main factors,volume of solvent,concentration of acetone and time of extraction.The evaluation index was extraction ratio of diyu tannin and gallic acid as well as OD.RESULTS The optimal process was as the following:the dosage of solvent was 12,the concentration of acetone was 60% and the time of extraction was 3 min.The verification test of the optimal process illustrated that the model was reliable,as Y1 90.58%,Y2 93.70%,with RSD of 2.23% and 1.51%,respectively.CONCLUSION This method is scientific,reasonable,feasible,and can be used to provide supports for the further study.
