摘　　要：目的探讨上海市职业学校(简称职校)学生吸烟与心理行为特征关系。方法 2011年4—6月,整群抽取上海市5所职校全体1～2年级共3 523名学生,采用吸烟调查问卷和Achenbach青少年自评量表进行现况调查。结果患有躯体主诉、违纪行为、焦虑/抑郁、攻击行为、外向行为问题的职校生在过去1个月内吸烟率分别为55.77%、49.18%、47.99%、45.98%和45.98%,明显高于一般人群吸烟率(14.61%);职校生过去1个月内吸烟率的心理行为危险因素为焦虑/抑郁情绪问题(OR=1.98,95%CI=1.23～3.19)和违纪行为(OR=1.59,95%CI=1.01～2.53),此外,存在违纪、焦虑/抑郁、攻击性、退缩行为、躯体主诉行为问题的职校生更易成为规律吸烟者,且每日吸烟量明显增加。结论职校生吸烟与心理行为问题关系密切,在今后的青少年控烟干预研究中应考虑青少年心理行为问题,以便更好地控制青少年吸烟行为。Objective To explore the relationship between smoking behavior and mental health problems in a sample of vocational students in Shanghai city.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in five vocational schools with smoking questionnaire and Achenbach Youth Self-Report（YSR）.Results Compared with the smoking rate of general students（14.61%）,students with some mental problems smoked more cigaretts.The smoking rate was 55.77%,49.18%,47.99%,45.98%,and 45.98% for the students with somatic complaints,undisciplined behavior,anxiety/depressive disorder,aggressive behavior,and externalizing behaviors,respectively.The mental risk factors for vocational students smoking in the latest month were anxiety/depressive disorder（odds ratio=1.98,95% confidence interval：1.23-3.19）,and undisciplined bebavior（OR=1.59,95%CI：1.01-2.53）.Vocational students with undisciplined behavior,anxiety/depressive disorder,aggressive behavior,withdrawal,and somatic complaints were more likely to smoke and smoked more cigarettes per day.Conclusion Mental health is an important issue and needs to be considered in adolescence tobacco control intervention.
