摘　　要：介绍知识管理、核心竞争力的概念及企业核心竞争力的特征,找出企业进行知识管理的推动因素,阐述知识管理对企业核心竞争力的重要性,研究知识创新和隐性知识与核心竞争力的关系,探讨如何运用知识管理提升企业核心竞争力。This article introduces the concepts of knowledge management and core competitiveness,and the characteristics of enterprise core competitiveness.It finds out the driving factors of enterprise knowledge management,expatiates on the importance of knowledge management to enterprise core competitiveness,and studies the relationships between knowledge innovation and tacit knowledge on the one side and core competitiveness on the other.Finally,the article discusses how to use knowledge management to increase enterprise core competitiveness.
