摘  要:以舒茶早﹑乌牛早为材料,利用合肥地区冬季自然低温研究茶树电导率﹑游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量的变化。结果表明,合肥地区2009年10月至2010年4月日平均气温先下降后上升,最低日平均气温2℃,最高18℃。茶树叶片电导率随气温的变化呈先下降后上升的趋势。丙二醛含量波动较大,1月1日前随温度的降低而降低,1月1日到1月20日呈上升的趋势,1月20日至3月28日又趋于下降。游离脯氨酸含量11月30日前随温度的降低而降低,11月30日到第二年的4月26日,呈缓慢上升的趋势。秋季缓慢的降温对茶树起到了低温驯化的作用,增强了茶树的抗寒性。To study the effects of winter low temperature stress on cold resistant physiological indices, Camellia sinensis cv. Wuniuzao & Shuchazao were selected to determine the relative electric conductivity, MDA content and proline of leaves in the field under natural conditions during winter. The results showed that the average temperature of one day in Hefei fell from 18℃ to 2℃during October to December, and then rose from 2℃ to 16℃ in December to April. The relative electric conductivity became lower at the beginning of stressing and higher later on .The contents of MDA were reduced before January 1 st, and then were increased thereafter. But from Januray 20^th to March 28^th, the values became decreasing. The proline was decreased before December 30^th, and then increased slowly with the stress. Almost no significant difference was found between the two tea cultivars. The slow decline in temperature in autumn accelerated the cold acclimation and promoted the cold hardiness resistance in tea plants.
