摘　　要：从价值链理论出发 ,论述了企业在信息化时代为获得竞争优势 ,必须在自己价值链的“战略环节”上运作 ;分析了虚拟企业产生的物质基础 ;阐述了虚拟企业的特点 ;说明了虚拟企业理论对我国国企改革具有重要的意义 。Beginning with the theory of value chain,the author considers that in an information era in order to gain competitive advantages enterprises must run on their strategic parts.The paper then analyses the physical base of Virtual Enerprise (VE),discusses the characters of virtual enterprise,illustrates the concept of virtual enterprise.At the end of this paper,the author thinks VE has great importance to the innovation of State-owned Enterprises of our country.VE is the best choice to the challenges that enterprises will confront in 21th century.
