潜艇艇员焦虑和抑郁状况调查及分析

摘　　要：目的了解常态环境下潜艇艇员的心理状态和应激水平。方法样本1和样本2均为潜艇艇员,样本量分别为224人和128人,用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行团体测试,与全国常模及文献报道的陆军官兵比较。结果样本1艇员SAS粗分和标准分分别为31.40±7.45,38.82±9.32,SDS粗分和标准分分别为34.18±8.81,42.28±11.04;样本2艇员SAS粗分和标准分分别为30.33±5.99,37.47±7.46,SDS粗分和标准分分别为33.84±7.36,41.92±9.17。样本1艇员焦虑和抑郁发生率分别为9.6%和22.1%,样本2艇员焦虑和抑郁发生率分别为8.6%和21.4%。与文献报道的数据相比,艇员的焦虑和抑郁得分及其程度明显降低。结论常态环境下潜艇艇员的心理状态较好。Objective To investigate mental status and stress level of submariners in normal conditions. Methods Sample 1 and sample 2 with a sample size of 224 and 128 respectively were all submariners. Detection was performed by using self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS）. The resulting scores of SAS and SDS were compared with those of the national norm and army men reported in literature. Results Crude scores and standard scores of SAS of sample 1 were 31.40 ± 7.45 and 38.82 ±9.32 respectively, while crude scores and standard scores of SDS in the same group were 34.18 ± 8.81 and 42.28 ± 11.04. Crude scores and standard scores of SAS in sample 2 were 30.33 ± 5.99 and 37.47 ± 7.46, while the scores of sample 2 were 33.84 ± 7.36 and 41.92 ±9.17. Rates of anxiety and depression in the submariners of sample 1 were 9.6% and 22.1% , while those of the submari- ners in sample 2 were 8.6% and 21.4%. Both scores and degree of anxiety and depression of the submariners were significantly lower than those data reported in literature. Conclusion Submariners in normal conditions was relatively in good mood.
