摘  要:为了分流门诊高峰期的患者,有效提高门诊工作效率,缩短患者就诊时间,为患者提供便捷、舒适的诊疗服务,我院门诊部协同信息科利用"一卡通"预缴费诊疗结算系统,优化服务流程,推出护士分诊排队叫号系统,实施多种形式的分时段预约诊疗服务,药房自助结算系统,预缴费抽血排队叫号系统,预缴费银行卡自助缴费充值系统,自助余额查询系统,检验单自助取单机等各种自助便民措施。提高了医疗服务质量和规范化管理,提高了患者的满意度,减少了投诉,取得一定的社会效益和经济效益。To divert the patients in the peak time and shorten their time for a visit,the out-patient department and the information office of our hospital launched the"all-purpose card"prepaying system,which consists of several systems including the nurse triage and queuing management system,the self-help settlement system at the pharmacy,the prepaying and queuing system for bloodletting,the self-help prepaying by credit card system,the selfhelp balance inquiry system and the self-service report system.These systems were applied to make appointment for diagnosis and treatment services and to improve quality the medical services and management,which has increased patient satisfaction and created some economic and social benefits.
