摘  要:目的探讨p33ING1b与Syk基因在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测60例宫颈鳞癌及其相应的癌旁组织中p33ING1b、Syk的基因蛋白的表达。结果宫颈鳞癌组织中的p33ING1b和Syk的表达均低于宫颈癌旁组织;在有淋巴转移和低分化的宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达,要低于无淋巴转移和高分化的宫颈鳞癌组织,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。与FIGO宫颈癌分期无关(p>0.05)。结论在宫颈鳞癌组织中p33ING1b和Syk的表达降低或缺失,与宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展和转移有关,对判断宫颈鳞癌的预后和浸润转移潜能有一定的参考价值。Objective To detect the expression of p33ING1b and syk in squamous carcinoma of the cervix (SCC) and its clinical significance. Methods The protein level of p33INGlb and syk in SCC and tumor adjacent tissues from 60 cases INGIb were detected using immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of p33 and syk in SCC were significantly lower thanin tumor adjacent tissues. The expression in SCC of lymph node metastasis and lower differentiation were lower than that of non -lymph node metastasis and higher differentiation. There was significant difference between the two groups (p 〈 0.05). But not associated with FIGO clinical stage of carcinoma of the cervix (p 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The expression of p33ING1b and syk lower and loss may be correlated with oncogenesis and lymph node metastasis of SCC, so it was helpful to judge the prognosis and evaluating the potential of invasive metastasis of SCC.
