莫沙必利联合用药治疗反流性食管炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片(新络纳)联合铝镁加混悬液及埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗反流性食管炎(RE)的疗效。方法本研究选择2011年3月～2011年6月来我院就诊的反流性食管炎患者86例。随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组给予铝镁加混悬液及埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片,治疗组给予上述两种药物联合枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片(新络纳)。结果治疗组有效率为65.1%,对照组有效率为41.9%,有显著统计学差异。结论莫沙必利分散片联合埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片及铝镁加混悬液可迅速缓解患者症状并有效治疗反流性食管炎。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of mosapride combined medication in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods 86 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.Contral group were treated with hydrotalcite tablet and esomeprazole,treatment group were treated with mosapride plus hydrotalcite tablet and esomeprazole.The curative effects of 2 groups were observed after oral administration and the cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted as well.The results were analysised with chi-square test. Results There was significant difference between the curation of the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Mosapride plus hydrotalcite tablet and esomeprazole can lastly relieve the symptom and cure the reflux esophagitis.
