Investigation on Mental Health Status of Poor College Students

摘　　要：目的了解家庭经济困难大学生心理健康状况及特点。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对我校917名在校大学生进行测试。结果①贫困生10个因子分均值及阳性项目数显著高于非贫困生(t=3.33,3.35,3.87,3.78,3.37,3.37,4.05,2.83,3.58,3.27,2.82;P<0.05);②男性贫困生11个因子分和阳性项目数显著高于女生(t=2.78,2.70,2.58,2.41,3.26,2.90,2.33,2.01,2.90,3.80,3.07,2.50;P<0.05);③非医药专业贫困生3个因子分显著高于医药专业的贫困生(t=2.02,2.22,2.31;P<0.05)。结论我校贫困生心理健康水平低于非贫困生,男性贫困生心理健康水平低于女性贫困生,非医药专业贫困生心理健康水平低于医院专业贫困生。Objective To explore mental health status of poor college students.Methods The samples were randomly chosen by using cluster-based sampling method and a effective sample of 917 by SCL-90.Results Ten factors’ average scores and number of positive items of SCL-90 of poor students were significantly higher than those of non-poor students（P〈0.05）;and male poor students had significantly higher average scores of eleven factors and number of positive items than female poor students（P〈0.05）;and poor students major in medicine had significantly higher average scores of three factors than those didn’t major in medicines（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The mental health level of poor students in our college is lower than the others,the mental health level of male poor students is lower than that of female poor students,the mental health level of poor students who do not major in medical subject is lower than that of poor student who major in medical subject.
