摘　　要：管理层、馆员、读者三方是构成高校图书馆和谐馆读关系的决定因素。分析了馆读矛盾的成因,并从管理层、馆员、读者3方面提出了促进和谐馆读关系建立的具体措施。The three parts of the manager, librarian and reader are the decisive factor for constructing the harmonious librarian-reader relationship in university library. This paper analyzes the reasons of librarian-reader contradiction, and from three aspects of the manager, librarian and reader, puts forward some concrete measures for promoting the construction of harmonious librarian-reader relationship.
