摘　　要：提出了采样控制机制的新观点，介绍控制器参数确定的新方法，分析了采样控制的质量，指出了在工程实施应考虑的若干问题。The new viewpoint on the mechanism of sampling control is stated and new method for determining the parameters of controller is introduced. The quality of sampling control is analyzed and some issues to be considered in engineering implementation are given.
