摘 要:以ACG测定长跑及正常人左心舒张功能及顺应性,结果示:TARTI、DA-TI、A/D和F/H在长跑与同龄正常人间有差异或显著差异。认为长跑可改善左心舒张功能,ACG可作为评估长跑或其它项目运动员左心舒张功能的新无创检测法。The left ventricular diastolic function and compliauce of 49 middle-aged and elderly long distance runn-ers were assessed by apexcardiogram (ACG) in comparison with 103 normal controls. All subjects were divi-ded into three groups (aged 45-59, 60-69, and over 70). The results showed that total apexcardiographic relaxation time index (TARTI) increased (p<0.05), anddiastolic amplitude time index (DATI) increased significantly (p<0.01) in all 3 runners groups comparingwith those in the same aged control groups. Also, there were significant differences between the runners andcontrol subjects in A/D and F/H (p<0.01), except F/H in the group aged 45-59. However, P/L which canevaluate left ventricular systolic function, was no difference in all 3 runners groups and control groups (p>0.05). The results suggested that the left ventricular diastolic function and compliance were improved greatlyin middle-aged and elderly runners after their long period daily running exercise. DATI could be consideredas a sensitive index in the assessment of left ventricular function.
