摘　　要：本文基于LonWorks现场总线技术 ,对其所构建的全分散智能控制网络的结构特征、控制策略进行了探讨 ,并以JP CIMS铝型材生产过程中的关键设备———挤压机为应用对象 ,建立了基于LonWorks智能节点的车间生产监控系统 。Based on the LonWorks technology, the structure characteristics and control strategies of completely distributed intelligent control network are discussed. The paper then establishes the intelligent shop floor Inspection and Control System by treating the key apparatus in aluminum productions manufacturing as the application example, which efficiently inspects each parameter real time using the distributed nodes in field.
