摘　　要：对采自青岛沙子口海域的缘管浒苔利用水提醇沉的方法进行提取,粗多糖脱色和脱蛋白后利用气相色谱-质谱法分析和用Q-Sepharose Fast Flow离子交换层析柱进行柱层析进行初步分离。The collected from Qingdao in the Shazikou sea Enteromorpha linza, water extracting and alcohol precipitating method to extract , Decolorization and protein the Crude Polysaccharides and Study the CrudePolysaccharides by Gas Chromatograpahy-Mass Sepctrometry. Q-Sepharose Fast Flow ion exchange was used for separation.
