对山东省健身俱乐部开设瑜伽课程的现状分析

摘　　要：本文采用问卷调查法、访问法、文献资料法等研究方法,对山东省健身俱乐部开设瑜伽课程过程中管理员、教练员以及瑜伽学员的现状进行调查,通过调查分析发现目前山东省健身俱乐部中存在非体育专业的管理者,对俱乐部管理缺乏规范性、合理性,影响俱乐部的发展;俱乐部中的一些教练过于年轻化,从业时间短、经验少,不利于健身俱乐部中整体素质的提高;俱乐部中瑜伽学员的错误意识导致男女比例失调以及对开设瑜伽课程的认识上的一些误区,都影响俱乐部的长期健康发展。为更好的发展山东省健身俱乐部中的瑜伽课程,针对山东省健身俱乐部开设瑜伽课程的现状和存在问题提出相应的对策和建议。In this paper, the questionnaire survey, access, literature and other research methods, administrators, coaches, and the status of the yoga students in the process of yoga classes fitness club in Shandong Province opened an investigation, survey analysis found that the health club in Shandong Provinceexist in the professional managers of non-sports club management, the lack of normative rationality, affect the development of the club; club coach too young practitioners a short time, with little experience, is not conducive to the overall improvement of the quality of the health club;yoga students of false consciousness in the club led to some misunderstanding of the gender imbalance, as well as offering Yoga course in understanding, affect the development of long-term health of the club. Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to set up the status quo of the yoga classes yoga classes for the better development of Shandong Province health club, health club for Shandong Province and problems.
