摘　　要：目的观察经化疗泵髂内动脉灌注化疗治疗宫颈复发癌的疗效。方法34例患者共进行69个疗程的髂内动脉灌注化疗，药物选择长春新碱、环磷酰胺、顺铂、足叶已减。结果治疗后19例肿瘤缩小．近期有效率55.9％。以放疗后欠发癌患者疗效最好（72.7％）。结论经化疗泵髂内动脉灌注化疗在宫颈复发癌的治疗中是一种有效、安全的方法。Objective To investigate the effect of internal iliac artery infusion via chemotherapy pump for the treatment ofrecurrent cervical carcinoma. Methods 34 cases of recurrent cervical carcinoma received intemal iliac artery infusion viachemotherapy pump for totally 69 treatment courses. Results 19 patients showed diminution in the size of tumor, and 55. 9%of all the cases showed effective response in short term. Conclusion Internal iliac artery infusion via chemotherapy pump is asafe and effective means for the treatment of recurrent cervical carcinoma.
