摘　　要：[目的]比较microRNA-212(miR-212)在胃癌组织和正常胃黏膜组织中的表达情况,并探讨其与临床病理特征之间的关系。[方法]应用茎环RT-qPCR方法检测22例胃癌及癌旁正常胃黏膜组织标本中miR-212的表达。[结果]miR-212在胃癌及正常胃黏膜组织中的相对表达量分别为1.439和1.000,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而且,胃癌组织中miR-212的表达与肿块位置、分化程度、淋巴结转移以及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。[结论]miR-212的表达可能在胃癌发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。[Purpose] To investigate the expression of microRNA-212（miR-212） in gastric cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.[Methods] The expression levels of miR-212 in 22 specimens of gastric carcinoma tissue and their matched non-tumor adjacent tissue specimens were examined by stem-loop real-time RT-PCR.[Results] The expression levels of miR-212 in gastric carcinoma tissue and normal gastric tissue were 1.439 and 1.000 respectively,with significant difference（P0.05）.Also,the expression levels of miR-212 related to the position of tumor,degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and TNM staging（P0.05）.[Conclusion] The expression of miR-212 might play a key role in the carcinogenesis and progress of gastric cancer.
